The CGF Series 5L PET Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine is our new developed production, getting production experience from our many years, basing on introduce, digest and suck the similar machine from foreign countries. The three functions of bottle rinse, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine and drive by one electric motor.

The ?5L PET Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine has the features such as high automation, compact structure, good perfection, easy to operation, safety and reliability, production can be adjusting .it is an ideal beverage equipment in current. It is used in large scope including PET bottles with round shape or others shape or glass bottles. Sealing can been chose between screwing cap (plastic bottle) and press cap( glass bottle). According to different material of bottle, shape of bottle and volume of bottle supplying from customers, we can change the design for meeting with customer’s requirement.

1. Adopt star wheel technology for inputting bottle. The star wheel uses creative designed bottle mouth holding mechanism which have the function of dividing bottle ,doing so it doesn’t need the transportation chains and bottle inletting screw rod, replacing bottle only need to change and adjust an little parts.

2. All the part of bottle transportation adopt bottle clamping technology and replace traditional star wheel by holding body of bottle .when change the shape of bottle, it doesn’t need to adjust the height of equipment, only for change and adjust a little parts.

3. Special designed bottle clamp for washer are bearing and duration, not contact with the screw part of bottle, avoiding the second pollution.

4. Holding month type washing clamp, bottle turns over 180 degree as track-way by itself, external washing and internal washing, high washing efficiency.

5. The star wheel for outputting bottle and bottle bottom support plate adopt screw way to do the motion up and down. while changing the shape of bottle, it only change the star wheel and curved board which are related to diameter of bottle without change the height of the transportation wheel and only need ten minutes to finish shifting shape of bottle.
